A Bluecap is a mythical fairy or ghost that inhabits mines and appears as a blue flame. A frozen cursed stag skull with eyes and mouth in blue flames.
Fires blue burning needles of ice shards. Follows the player but keeps its distance. Slows down the player if in close contact.
